Wake up and make a 90 calorie chocolate banana smoothie, and then a Tabata Sprinting session followed by some plyometrics now cooling down getting ready for a shower and some lunch! Woot!

Zumba - Great fun cardio! you can find several routines on YouTube here is one I found that looks fun!
Plyometric Exercises - good for cardio and agility!
